Conditioning Camp Starts Thursday

The Green Gaels season unofficial gets under way with our Conditioning camps taking place at Children's Arena in Oshawa starting on Thursday, March 2nd and running through March leading up to our official tryouts.

The camps will take place on the following dates and times.

• Thursday, March 2nd - 5:30PM to 7:00PM
• Thursday, March 9th - 5:30PM to 7:00PM
• Thursday, March 23rd - 5:30PM to 7:00PM
• Thursday, March 30th - 5:30PM to 7:00PM

The cost to attend all four sessions is $50. There is still space available to register for the conditioning camps. The camp is open to any players born between 2002 and 2008. These are not tryouts, but merely an opportunity to get back into lacrosse mode and practice at a high level ahead of tryouts and the lacrosse season forthcoming.

The camps will be run by the 2023 Green Gaels coaching staff including some guest instructors and coaches over the four sessions. Players must bring full equipment as there will be contact drills included in the sessions. A limited number of goaltenders will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

In order to attend, all players must be registered through the OLA Registration Portal. Any players residing outside of Clarington, Oshawa, or Whitby must have permission to run from the home center in writing prior to attending the camps.
