BioPed Bowmanville in for 2025

The Green Gaels are proud to welcome BioPed Bowmanville to our sponsorship team for the 2025 season! Located right in the heart of our community, BioPed Bowmanville is part of a national network of footcare clinics that have been helping Canadians move better since 1981.

At their Bowmanville clinic, BioPed offers a full range of personalized lower limb and footcare services including biomechanical assessments, gait analysis, advanced treatment options, and custom orthotics—fabricated on-site to ensure the perfect fit. Whether you’re dealing with foot pain, mobility issues, or simply looking for more comfort in your daily life, their expert team is there to help.

In partnership with Soles4Souls and Green Gaels, BioPed will be collecting gently used footwear including shoes, boots, and sandals for both kids and adults in the Durham Region.  All footwear donations can be dropped off at our clinic or at any Gaels home game in our clearly marked donation boxes.

Together with our Soles4Souls partners, these gently used shoe donations are helping to:

• Empower women and create jobs

• Send kids to school

• Provide shelter for families

• Minimize the impact waste has on the environment by keeping

   shoes out of landfills

• Minimize health risks for those who wear improperly fitted shoes
